Mayor Daryl Busch joined representatives from the Perris Elementary School District Monday, August 8, to cut the ribbon at the new $30 million Clearwater Elementary School. The K-6 grade campus at Nuevo and Murrieta roads, will serve 750 students when it officially opens August 18. In his remarks before about 100 teachers, administrators, parents, children and elected school board trustees, Busch praised their diligence and perseverance in bringing the new school to reality. “We’re proud of what you’ve done to make our City a better place.”
