On Tuesday, January 23rd, Volunteers will be needed to conduct the annual City of Perris “Point In Time” homeless survey.
The “Point In Time” survey is designed to get an accurate count of the city’s homeless population in order to receive proper federal funding to help feed, clothe, and shelter the homeless population throughout the City of Perris, and Riverside County.
Volunteers will meet at the Riverside County Sheriff’s Perris Station at 5:30am on January 23rd. They will be given a map of the city, and training to ensure that the proper information is collected during the survey of the homeless population in targeted areas throughout the City of Perris.
