Application Background & Instructions

On September 16, 2022, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill (SB) 379 into law, mandating streamlined plan reviews and consistent permitting processes for residential solar and energy storage systems at the city and county levels.

The City of Perris is pleased to announce its collaboration with Symbium to implement an automated permitting platform that meets the requirements of SB 379.
