The City of Perris Planning Commission is committed to promoting a high quality of life in the community through responsible land use decisions. We take pride in preserving the City's heritage and ensuring sustainable development for future generations.

Three-year Goals:

• Foster sustainable urban design, policy and development
• Improve the Zoning Code for clarity, consistency, and flexibility
• Increase Community awareness and involvement in planning.

Public meetings are held by the Planning Commission on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6 pm in the Perris City Council Chambers to provide citizens with the opportunity to have input on development applications and land use recommendations.
