The Landscape Maintenance District is a special benefit assessment that provides funding for the ongoing maintenance service costs of landscaped areas, including parkways, medians, and detention basins. 

These combined areas comprise over 4 million square feet of landscaping, including over 10,000 city-maintained trees.

The Flood Control District is a special benefit assessment that provides funding for the ongoing maintenance service costs of operation and maintenance of drainage facilities. 

The Flood Control Maintenance District’s underground storm drain conveyance system makes up more than 54 miles of the storm drainpipe and more than 1,400 catch basins, which are kept clean and operational.

The Lighting District is a special benefit assessment that provides funding for the ongoing maintenance service costs of operation and maintenance of streetlights and traffic signals. 

The Lighting District over 119 traffic signals and 4,849 streetlight poles.
