The City of Perris has announced the relocation of the Animal Control Division from 1093 Harley Knox Boulevard to the new location of 227 N. D St, Perris, Calif., in the Code Enforcement Office beginning Monday, July 6, 2020. Regular office hours for the newly relocated Animal Control Division remains Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and excludes legal Holidays. The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for performing field inspections of properties to ensure compliance with applicable building, zoning, safety, nuisance codes and ordinances. Code Enforcement Officers conduct both proactive and reactive inspections of property to insure compliance with these standards. It is the goal of the Code Enforcement Division through public education to direct your attention to any existing code violations, which could have a negative impact on your property, neighborhood and the City of Perris as a whole.

The City of Perris services residents within the City limits only. Riverside County provides services for the unincorporated area, even if a resident’s address is in Perris. If a house address has four or less digits, it is within the City’s jurisdiction, but five digits is the jurisdiction of the County.
