City Budgets are adopted bi-annually by the City Council through resolution. As provided by City ordinance, the Director of Finance is responsible for preparing the budget and for its implementation after adoption.

The current City Budget was crafted with the intent of preserving the programs and services critical to the City of Perris during a period of drastically reduced revenue. 

The City's resiliency and willingness to make difficult decisions in past years has positioned Perris to take full advantage of the current and ongoing fiscal recovery. The current Budget for the City of Perris is for FY 2021-22 & 2022-23.
