The City of Perris is committed to comprehensive and transparent financial and fiscal management as a demonstration of strong accountability, customer oriented values, ethics, integrity, and stewardship. The documents and other information available below provide a comprehensive picture of the City's financial condition. Please direct questions about these documents to the Director of Finance.
Audits
Each fiscal year the City of Perris is required to have an audit of its financial statements. The scope of this audit includes the City itself, the Public Utility Authority, the Public Financing Authority, the Joint Powers Authority, the Housing Authority, and the Community Economic Development Corporation.
Ways and Means Committee
The Ways and Means Committee serves to implement effective financial reporting policies and procedures for the City. The Committee also reviews and monitors events and issues which may affect the financial status of the City.
Meeting Schedule
The Committee meets the last Thursday of each month, or as needed.
