The Facilities Division services fifteen city-owned facilities totaling over 100,000 sqft of office space, community meeting rooms, a gymnasium, a senior center, and two fire stations. Facilities Division staff provide custodial services to a majority of buildings. The division plans and organizes the provisions of ongoing maintenance and operations of the City's facilities including:
- air conditioning and heating
- building maintenance and upkeep
- minor plumbing, irrigation, and electrical repairs
- roof repair, replacement, maintenance as needed
- identifying projects that require contract services
- janitorial service
- assists in event set-ups
- emergency response
Facilities staff is dedicated to providing services in a timely and cost-efficient manner through effective budget management, and leading-edge customer care.
