The City of Perris created the Childcare Assistance Program (CAP) to assist Perris working parents with up to three months of temporary financial assistance for Childcare. CAP intends to create Childcare resources for parents who do not qualify for Childcare financial assistance. For interested participants, complete the "Participant Application" and for interested facilities, complete the "Facility Interest Form." Please submit completed forms and required documents to the City of Perris Community Services, Public Health located at 101 North D St., Perris, CA 92570 or electronically to cap@cityofperris.org
