The City of Perris places great importance on being prepared for emergencies and disasters.
CERT Training
To help residents prepare for emergencies, the City of Perris Community Services Department is in the process of establishing a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) by providing free training for Perris residents. Perris residents who wish to become CERT trained, or would like additional information please call (951) 943-6603, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Disaster Assistance
FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, is giving assistance to people and companies affected by the recent fires. They have published flyers in English and in Spanish for those who may be interested. Further information is available through FEMA.
